Roy Head
HALL OF FAME PICTURE VIDEO BELOW The LinkPage of the TEXAS Singer Roy Head . Roy Head has recorded songs in a variety of styles since the 60's and is most closely associated with his giant hit from 1965 Treat Her Right. I traveled and recorded with him all over the country through most of the 80's and 90's and still play with him some now . He's truely a great performer and still travels and plays . He's one of the early rock legends . Don with Roy at MillerOutdoor Theater - Houston , Texas
Although Roy Head was a white singer he had recorded a song in an R&B style, and thus became part of the mid-60's blue-eyed soul movement that also included groups such as the Righteous Brothers and the Boxtops.
